I have been thinking a lot lately about Craig's approach to the capability anchor model, and wonder is there is someone we can create the value engine to specifically touch and influence all the elements of Competitive Advantage, as described by Porter?
For instance, is there a way we can tell the story that allows an organisation to review whether it really should be pursuing a particular generic strategy path based on its value maturity, and how to build that maturity to get it to the next level?
