This is the Enterprise Value Map released by Deloitte. A great reference model on value that you can use to identify your value drivers as well as your value levers.

We overlay this onto the Business motivation model when trying to identify motivation through the lens of the value drivers.

These are business value drivers and not EMOTIVE / customer / personal drivers. One would expect to find emotive drivers when looking to follow a human centred approach to building a business around what the customer or employee finds valuable.

I'm keen to understand of there are any other resources out there that address the valuable part of the equation. In other words a similar model to the above but one that looks at the emotive aspects?
