In what tool or combination of tools may a team store and reference various artifacts (diagrams, guidelines, templates, catalogues, documents) in such a way that it can be easily found (searched, navigated) even by members who did not add the content?
What is the situation that has led you to ask this question?
We have may different types of reference content an a single artifact or document may be related to multiple topics, perspectives, categories, versions, etc. It is difficult to find the best or latest item and only keep a single copy... (Traditional File systems don't work for multi-type content).
